Tell us your rhythm.
A short questionnaire about desire, frequency and what you enjoy. Every question is optional. Share only what feels comfortable.
We are building Libimatch together with a friend who works with people on relationships and intimacy. Our shared belief: what you want from closeness deserves a conversation from the start.
A different starting pointWe kept coming back to intimacy.
And how hard it can be to talk about.
Libimatch grew out of conversations with a friend whose work focuses on relationships and intimacy. He is working with us on the app because he believes those needs deserve more attention when people are getting to know each other.
For us, intimacy means more than how often someone wants sex. It also means affection, feeling wanted, feeling comfortable and being able to say what you need. We wanted to give that part of compatibility a place in dating, with privacy built in.
That is the starting point for Libimatch: help people consider their wishes earlier, without putting intimate answers on a public profile. A more honest introduction, with room for the rest of who you are.
One person feels unwanted.
The other feels under pressure.
When you want different things from intimacy, even reaching for each other can start to feel complicated. Some people call it a “dead bedroom”. Behind that phrase can be loneliness, frustration, and two people who care about each other.
It doesn’t mean either person is wrong. And it doesn’t mean the relationship has to end. But it is a conversation worth having—before the silence gets comfortable.
Your desire isn’t a problem to fix.
It’s a part of you worth understanding.
Libimatch considers libido compatibility alongside your ordinary dating preferences. Read our dating guides or the Nederlandse datinggids for practical explanations. Here’s how it works.
A short questionnaire about desire, frequency and what you enjoy. Every question is optional. Share only what feels comfortable.
Your answers help prioritise compatible profiles within your dating preferences. There’s still room for attraction, shared interests and a surprise.
Like each other to open a text conversation. A match is an invitation to talk. It is never consent to anything more.
No libido badges. No intimate scores. Answers are encrypted before storage and stay off your profile. You can skip questions or clear your answers.
See how we protect your informationNo. Libimatch is for adults across different levels of desire. Higher, lower or somewhere in between—the idea is compatibility, not a competition.
Both. You choose your dating intent and ordinary preferences. Libimatch supports people looking for long- or short-term connections.
No. Relationships can be affected by many things, including communication, trust, stress and different priorities. Our focus on intimacy reflects why we are building Libimatch; it does not mean libido explains every difficulty, or that matching can prevent one.
No. It is a dating app. The conversations that inspired us do not make the questionnaire a clinical test or the app a treatment. Our role is to offer introductions, not to diagnose difficulties or provide therapy.
It can be a useful starting point, but it is not a guarantee. Desire changes, and compatibility also involves communication, values and mutual care. Our matching is a heuristic, not a medical assessment.
Other members cannot see your intimate answers or compatibility scores. Answers help shape suggestions behind the scenes. No system can eliminate every possibility of indirect inference; our privacy page explains the protections and their limits.
We are preparing to launch. Public registration is not open yet, and Libimatch will be free at launch. The English and Dutch web app is for adults 18+, starting in the Netherlands with worldwide sign-up planned. Explore the app preview.
Desire differences don’t automatically make a relationship unhappy. Matching can’t replace communication or consent. Read the research on desire differences.
