Start with what you want from dating
A long-term relationship, a short-term connection, or still figuring it out: your dating intention belongs in the conversation. On Libimatch, your profile gives you space for photos, prompts and the kind of connection you are looking for. You do not have to squeeze your whole personality into one opening line.
Libido is part of the picture. Our optional questionnaire adds private information about desire and intimacy to matching, without putting those answers on your profile. It is a starting point for meeting someone, not a promise that you will feel chemistry.
Made for the Netherlands first
We are starting in the Netherlands, with worldwide sign-up planned. The app and guides are available in English and Dutch. Use the language switch to choose the interface you prefer.
You choose your city manually, with browser location available as an option. Your exact location is not a public profile detail. The people available to you will depend on who joins and your dating preferences: we do not promise a particular number of nearby matches.
A mutual like opens the conversation
Explore profiles and like someone who catches your attention. When you both like each other, text chat opens. You can start with a profile prompt, a shared interest or what a good first date looks like to you. There is no requirement to talk about intimacy straight away.
A match does not create an obligation. You can decide not to reply, unmatch, or report and block someone. Profile photos are reviewed before appearing to other members, and nudity is not allowed.
From a first chat to a first meeting
A simple first date can give you room to talk: coffee somewhere familiar, a walk in a busy public place, or an early drink with a clear end time. Agree on a plan you both feel comfortable with, arrange your own way home and tell someone you trust where you are going.
Keep the conversation about your actual expectations. Wanting a similar level of intimacy can matter to you alongside kindness, attraction, values and practical things such as distance. None of those needs has to disappear just because you have a match.
